How do I sign up for a class?

Your first step is to create a User account before signing up for a class. Create Account here. Once logged in, you may search our categories to find a class you are interested in. At the bottom of all of our class pages you can click “register,” you will be taken to Paypal for payment.

How much do classes cost?

Prices are set by our teachers, depending on the class. Most material costs are built in.

Do I need to bring anything with me?

We ask our teachers to provide any needed materials and add them into the class price. Please check your class description for any notes from the teacher.

What if I need to cancel? How do I receive a refund?

Class fees are non-refundable.  A student can, however, send someone in his/her place. To send someone in your place, let us know here: “I Can’t Make My Class! For class cancellations, we will issue you a full refund for your ticket.

What if a teacher doesn’t show up?

Any cancellation on the part of the teacher will result in a full refund for registered participants. Let us know if this happens info@guildlocal.com

Will teachers have access to my personal information?

Yes. Teachers will be given a list of all students’ names and email addresses in order to contact you if needed and check you in at the beginning of class.

What if we have bad weather? If my class is outside?

If there is bad weather, we will try to possibly relocate the class indoors, you will be notified of any changes. Classes will go on rain or shine. We ask you to be prepared and dress appropriately. If there is a natural disaster or severe weather, we may reschedule or refund any canceled classes. Feel free to ask us any questions that you have: info@guildlocal.com
