Class Description:

This class focuses on cooking easy and delicious food that is “clean”. Food is the ticket to good health! Not only does it need to be healthy, it HAS to be delicious! This fun class will give you more confidence in the kitchen while making better food choices!

Teacher Bio:

Emily Nokes-Martin

I have been cooking professionally for 14 years. My first job was at Erling Jensen’s. It was after several months there that I decided to move to Denver and attend Johnson & Wales Culinary School. After moving back to Memphis, I have been working as a private chef. I also have taught an array of cooking classes at Viking for three years. I love all food, but have a passion for teaching people how to cook delicious, healthy food that isn’t too hard or time consuming. I want people to enjoy cooking and to not be intimated by it :)

Teacher Qualifications:

Private Chef that specializes in wholesome, clean eating with 14 years experience.
