Class Description
Parkour Parkour Parkour!!!!
What is that? Parkour is the discipline of moving efficiently and effectively through obstacles usually in an urban environment. We will introduce you the the concepts of movement for parkour and then teach basic skills of vaulting, rolling, and hanging from, then climbing up walls.
Class Requirements
Anyone can do some aspect of parkour as long as you can move. For the sake of this class you should be in healthy enough condition to do the following:
Jog for a minute nonstop
Sprint safely for 20 feet
perform pushups without difficulty
This baseline of fitness is asked of participants for their own safety, considering the activities we will be learning.

Teacher Qualifications
The core members of our group have all practised parkour on a weekly basis for the last 2 years or more.
