Bake, Rattle & Roll: Rockstar Baking Made Easy is a class designed to teach participants how to create and bake amazing desserts, breads and pastries by utilizing trade secrets and simple methods that can be reproduced in your home easily and affordably.
All that is required for this class is a love for cooking, a creative spirit and an apron.
My name is Jason Doty and I am the Executive Chef/Baker for Bluff City Bakery in Memphis, TN
I was brought up in perfect mix of farm and city. Splitting my childhood between the family farm in Ripley, TN and my home and school in Memphis.
I was invited to and graduated from a local Memphis culinary school, Le Maison de Meridian in 1993. I’ve been cooking professionally in Memphis and around the globe for twenty years.
My passion and love for the culinary arts is only matched by the love of my family and supporting local businesses.
